You agree that CTT is not responsible for any loss dealing with such advertisers. We try to make our Site complete and correct but we do not guarantee any third party cannot alter our content and we make no guarantee our information provided is accurate. You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless all related parties to CTT including Leif Soreide, any current or former employees or officers and employees and successors and assignees from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses (including attorneys’ fees), or other expenses resulting from your violation of the Terms and Conditions (TAC) or use of the Platform, violating third party rights, intellectual property infringements, or liability from content You create and put on the Platform.
Champion Team Trading, Inc. and related third party providers make claims that our Services are suitable for any purpose. All info and Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind. CTT disclaims all warranties regarding Services and information offered. The Publication and its officers and employees may or may not answer any question asked on the Site and may delete anything You upload if we feel it is not productive for any reason.
Our Newsletter sends the same information to all subscribers and we do not customize or personalize any information to meet the goals of any one subscriber. Leif Soreide is neither a securities advisor nor an investment advisor. Do not contact us or attempt to in any form to solicit personalized advice. When You contact us it can only be related to the general Services we offer like billing, signup, and what You can expect on a weekly basis. Revisions:
Champion Team Trading, Inc. reserves the right to revise all terms from time to time without notice.
Attorney’s fees and costs:
Venue and Jurisdiction. Any suit, action or other legal proceeding arising out of or relating to this agreement by a subscriber, free user, website visitor, or member shall be brought only in arbitration in Broward County, Florida. Any action shall be filed only in AAA arbitration’s commercial division with one presiding arbitrator. Should AAA arbitration not accept jurisdiction then JAMS arbitration’s commercial division with one arbitrator in Broward County, Florida may be used. Any legal action brought by any User of the Site from these terms or any dispute regarding claims, breaches, or misrepresentations, whether or not a lawsuit is actually filed, shall not be entitled to attorneys’ fees and costs. Champion Team Trading, Inc. shall be entitled to recover attorneys’ fees from prevailing in litigation brought by any User of the Site and will determine the amount of those attorneys’ fees and costs owed that party.
You agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to use of the Service or the Terms and Conditions must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred.
If any provision of this disclaimer is found to be unenforceable or unlawful for any reason then that provision shall be deemed severable from the disclaimer and the remaining provisions are enforceable. Any default or breach by either party to this agreement shall be deemed to be a waiver of any subsequent or preceding default or breach. Additionally, we may require You to sign a paper copy of the disclaimer if You become a member.

Champion Team Trading, Inc. (“CTT”) provides the website Publication known as ChampionTeamTrading.com (“The Site”).
We reserve the right at any time to:
Change, eliminate, or discontinue any content and/or features of the Site;
Change the terms and conditions of this Agreement by posting the changes to the Site and updating the latest terms of Service and/or disclaimer;
Change fees associated with using the Site at our discretion.
CTT may provide users and visitors with access to the following content via its website or any other medium (all TAC are covered under the disclaimer):
1) Paid educational content and materials in all forms of media including but not limited to forums, blog posts, third party content, to video for which You pay a subscription fee to access.
2) Free content written by employees or third-party contractors or guests in all media formats including but not limited to forums, blogs, videos, to but not limited to emails and more.
Items 1 and 2 above are referred to herein as “the Services.” Rates can be found on our website or by contacting us via email at [email protected]
TAC changes will be effective immediately after posted to the TAC on www.championteamtrading.com and the date it was last changed will be updated on the page. The date of last change should be checked regularly in order to stay up to date with the new terms.
Registration:
To gain access to ChampionTeamTrading.com You must create an account. User names must keep You anonymous. We can refuse to grant You a username that we believe may give a clue to your real identity. We may also refuse any name that is obscene, defamatory, harassing, impersonates someone else, may be in violation of a trademark or copyright, or is hateful, racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable, or inappropriate. Political references are prohibited on the Platform. You agree to provide accurate and complete information about yourself when prompted to register and keep this information updated.
You are responsible for anything that is posted or occurs with Your account;
You may not share Your username or password and are responsible to maintain that information. If this information is breeched You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if You are aware of unauthorized use, theft, or disclosure of your data. You may log in using 1 IP address at a time, simultaneous log-ins are strictly prohibited regardless of device type. You are responsible for your account while Your password is being used and for any omissions you may have made.
Code of Conduct:
While using the Site you agree not to:
Restrict or inhibit any other visitor or member from using the Platform, including, without limitation, by “cracking” or “hacking” or defacing any portion of the Site(s).
Imply or express statements You make are endorsed by us, without prior written consent.
Re-register new accounts when terminated or try to get multiple free trials (if offered) from the Sites Publication under different user information within a year long period as a means to avoid paying for the Publication.
If You become a member, You agree to provide accurate and current information. We reserve the right to terminate this Agreement and your use of the Site if we believe any of your registration is not accurate and complete. You may not use any computer automation or algorithms to place trades in reaction to posts on the CTT Publication. By giving us your email for any reason You agree to receive periodic offers or newsletters. You can opt-out of these emails and offers by clicking the link at the bottom of the email or emailing us a request to be removed at [email protected]. If you are an employee, owner, or beneficiary of any paid other subscription based educational publication type of service you must contact us before signing up or you can be terminated with no refund for this or any reason with no refund. We don’t want the work of our Team to be funneled to other services and you may be terminated without refund if you do so.
You the user agree not to knowingly violate any laws, including without limitation the Securities Act of 1933 and Securities Exchange Act, or any rule of any securities exchange, including, without limitation, the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE), Nasdaq Stock Market (NASDAQ), or the American Stock Exchange (AMEX).
You may not transmit any content that is unlawful, fraudulent, threatening, harassing, defamatory, obscene, abusive or otherwise objectionable. You may not transmit content that infringes on any third-parties rights or intellectual property. You may not transmit any non-public information about companies without authorization to do so. You may not transmit any solicitations, advertisements, investment opportunities or recommendations, spam, flood, or frame and mirror any of our Publication content without written authorization. You may not collect any information or data about our Site without prior written consent. You may not give any personalized investment advice to anyone that is a user of the Site.
You may not share screenshots, links, downloads, video captures or other materials found on the Site on social media or any other medium. We reserve the right to change your username at any time for any reason.
You will not permit anyone else to use your account including those previously terminated or currently registered. You may not resell your access to the Site to anyone.
While using the Site You agree to comply with all applicable rules, regulations, and laws in connection with your use of the Site. We may limit the number the number of posts/interactions that You are able to upload to the Site per day including but not limited to questions, ideas, symbols, and comments.
Submissions: Users may transmit creative suggestions to the Publication that are ideas, notes, concepts, information or other materials. By doing so you grant us worldwide, non-exclusive, assignable, sublicensable, royalty-free, irrevocable right to use, reproduce, sell, offer for sale such materials in any media or form for any purpose whatsoever without compensation. Users may not offer any advice to any members of the Platform, attempt to get personal advice, disclose or share personal investment results or information to other members, or share any personal information on the website/platform. Users of the Site agree that member ideas, suggestions, or posts are not to be acted on whatsoever and are in no way personalized investment advice. Submissions to the Site may be under a category called “Team Member Ideas” or any other category. You agree that Team Member Ideas are not actionable or investment advice and are just suggestions to the Publication. Use of the “like” button on any post does not indicate an endorsement or personal recommendation.
Links and Content
The Site may contain links to other websites. This is not an endorsement of such websites, nor have we reviewed or verified any content that appears there. You hold CTT (“the Team”) harmless for anything You may find on such websites or any losses incurred. Users may suggest links as well: this is not to be viewed as personal advice or recommendation whatsoever. Use of third party content through CTT may be governed by additional rules in connection with the Services. Use of any third party tool is at your own risk and its use may be terminated at any time.
Cancellation Policy and Subscription Renewal for Premium Services for Champion Team Trading
If You violate the TAC You are not eligible for any refund. It is our sole discretion if You violated the TAC.
Different levels of premium Service subscription offer different levels of access to educational content. Premium Interactive Members are able to make suggestions to the Publication and ask general questions in furtherance of their general education while Basic (also known as “Spectator”) Members are only able to read the Publication. These prices and offerings are subject to change at anytime and will be reflected on the website www.championteamtrading.com. The offerings of different Service levels are subject to change at any time.
Your subscription automatically renews at the end of the term You have selected. The same term is automatically charged unless You have notified us by email at least 1 week (7 days) prior to the renewal of your term. If the rate has increased prior to renewal You will be notified by email more than 7 days in advance of your renewal. You must keep your credit card up to date and notify us of any changes. If we are unable to collect payment or incur fees for processing your credit card(s) due to but not limited to expiration date changes these fees will be passed on to You. You agree to pay these fees on demand and You will be liable for any collection agency fees or attorney’s fees.
CTT’s Content Rights
You may access our content on our Sites or wherever it is found only for your personal, non-commercial use. You do not own any of the content on the Site by using our Services. “Champion Team Trading,” “Championteamtrading.com,” “Champion Team Trading, Inc.,” “CTT,” and other marks used on the Sites are trademarks and/or Service marks of Champion Team Trading, Inc with all rights reserved. Any other Service marks, trademarks, or images on the Sites are the Service marks, trademarks or images of their respective owners.
If You submit any content to CTT it shall be deemed the property of CTT and You have assigned any and all rights of that content to CTT.
Refund Policy:
Premium (paid subscribers) members benefit from the work that goes into the creation of our educational content and the knowledge they acquire by consuming it. As such refunds are not provided. CTT employees are focused on providing great content and they do not wish to handle billing issues. You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing [email protected], but we do not refund pro-rated or unused portions of the subscription. CTT emphasizes that You can learn from our education over time and we encourage our members to stay with the Publication over time to maximize their benefit. The main author of the publication has the right to take a 7 day vacation singularly or together throughout the year.
Claims of Copyright Infringement. The Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (the “DMCA”) provides recourse for copyright owners who believe that material appearing on the Internet infringes their rights under U.S. copyright law. If You believe in good faith that materials hosted by Championship Team Trading, Inc. infringe your copyright You (or your agent) may send us a notice requesting that the material be removed, or access to it blocked. If You believe in good faith that a notice of copyright infringement has been wrongly filed against You, the DMCA permits You to send us a counter-notice. Notices and counter-notices must meet the then-current statutory requirements imposed by the DMCA; see https://www.loc.gov/copyright for current statutory requirements. Notices and counter-notices with respect to the Site should be sent to [email protected]. We suggest that You consult your legal advisor before filing a notice or counter-notice. Also, be aware that there can be penalties for false claims under the DMCA. Users may be terminated for posting infringing works and You shall hold CTT harmless and indemnify Champion Trading Team, Inc. for any liability we may incur.
Jurisdictional issues: Champion Team Trading is directed toward individuals residing in the United States. We make no representation that our materials are appropriate or available for use in other locations. We reserve the right to limit the availability of the Site to any geographic area or person we choose at our discretion. We may also limit the number of members in general or a region/jurisdiction.
